  • Every engagement begins with a short consultation so we can understand your current operating context, top challenges, and the outcomes that would matter most. From there we recommend the service that delivers the highest leverage — whether that is a one-time strategic engagement, ongoing advisory, or operational support.

  • Most strategic engagements run between six and twelve weeks. Ongoing advisory retainers are scoped quarterly. We will share an indicative timeline at the end of the consultation.

  • We work with leadership teams that have product-market fit and are ready to invest in operating discipline. We are not the right fit for very early-stage exploration.

  • Expect two to four hours per week from the CEO or sponsoring executive during active engagements, plus working sessions with the operating team.

  • We agree on three to five outcome metrics at kickoff — typically a mix of leading indicators (cadence, ownership clarity) and lagging indicators (revenue, margin, time-to-decision). Progress is reviewed weekly.
